You may not arrest or detain me. You have no jurisdiction over these lands and persons on these lands.

In order to arrest me you must have jurisdiction over these lands. In order to arrest me you must have jurisdiction over these lands. Moreover, you have the burden of proving that these lands are within your jurisdiction. Your jurisdiction is the territory of the State of Hawaii. Below you will find proof from the State Constitution, the Act Admitting Hawaii as a State in 1959, and the Organic Act of 1900 demonstrating that the Island of Hawaii is not within the State of Hawaii.
