CONTESTED CASE, TMT RE-PERMITTING UPDATE: MINUTE ORDER NO. 16

A minute order is a typewritten order of the court or hearing regarding the transaction that happened at a particular hearing or proceeding. It can be rather brief. Some courts or hearings may take more time to explain a ruling than others. Minute Oder No. 16 is the official “decision” in written from resulting from the most recent hearing on August 12, 2016 and can be found below herein.
